Overview of induced draft fan muffler
The induced draft fan silencer is mainly suitable for reducing the intake noise of Roots series fans, and can also be used for noise reduction of exhaust pipes and other high-pressure fans. The induced draft fan has a noise reduction capacity of 15-30dB (A) and a pressure loss of less than 500Pa.

The induced draft fan muffler, in the same form as the exhaust pipe muffler and the drum induced draft fan muffler, adopts the principle of resistance absorption noise reduction that has a significant effect on high-frequency broadband, as well as the principle of resistance noise reduction that has good effects on low frequency and pulsation, as well as micro perforated silencers and impedance composite silencers.
Barrier muffler is a type of absorption muffler produced, which is generally divided into straight pipe, sheet, folded plate, honeycomb, acoustic flow, labyrinth, and elbow types according to the different airflow channel structures. A silencer is a device that utilizes sound waves transmitted through a porous sound-absorbing material to undergo friction and viscous resistance, converting sound energy into thermal energy for dissipation, thereby achieving the goal of noise reduction. It is a type of muffler that applies to all silencers.
The principle of anti muffler is different from that of anti muffler in terms of noise reduction. It cannot directly absorb sound energy, but instead uses the interface or adjacent resonant cavity on the pipeline to reflect and interfere with certain frequency sound waves transmitted along the pipeline at the interface, thereby achieving the purpose of noise reduction. It is divided into expansion chamber type mufflers and resonance type mufflers.
In the field of international noise control engineering, noise is dominated by broadband, and the combination of resistance absorption noise reduction and anti noise reduction is used to control high-intensity broadband noise.

Note:
1. Due to the complex exhaust objects of user thermal equipment, we can design various specifications of mufflers based on exhaust volume, steam pressure, temperature, and pipe size.
2. Fan type silencers generally require joint disinfection, that is, the installation of silencers and compartments, and the fan base must be equipped with shock-absorbing pads.
Pipeline silencers are mainly used for silencing the steam emissions of thermal equipment such as boilers and steam turbines in the power generation department. The noise reduction capacity of the pipeline muffler can meet the requirements of the Industrial Enterprise Noise Hygiene Standard.
The blower muffler is mainly suitable for reducing the intake and exhaust noise of Roots series and axial flow series fans. The blower muffler can also be used for noise reduction of exhaust pipes and other high-pressure fans, with a noise reduction amount of 10-20dB (A) and a pressure loss of less than 500Pa.
The centrifugal fan muffler is developed based on the principle of soundproof sheet noise reduction. This type of muffler has good acoustic performance and good aerodynamic performance; Reasonable in structure and easy to install, it is a honeycomb type muffler with high wind resistance. It adopts a chamber resistant adhesive straight pipe channel and a cross shaped sound-absorbing plate form.
Blow pipe silencers can be used to eliminate the noise generated by boilers and pipelines during blowing. Box type blow pipe silencers are divided into upper exhaust and partial exhaust, with the upper exhaust type being a box structure and the partial exhaust type being a circular structure.
Steam silencers are used for a wide range of steam emission objects in thermal equipment. Various specifications of boiler steam silencers can be designed and manufactured based on the user's extracted steam output, steam pressure, and connection size.
The TA type exhaust safety valve silencer is suitable for the safety valves of pressure devices such as PCV/ERV safety valves (power release valves), drum safety valves, superheater safety valves, and reheater safety valves in power plant boilers. The safety valve muffler adopts the principle of spray impedance composite noise reduction, which replaces the smaller diameter control hole with a large hole expansion.
A small hole injection muffler is also known as a diffuser. It sprays gas from high-pressure vessels through several layers of small orifice plates to reduce noise. To prevent clogging of small holes and the difficulty of processing small holes, the diameter of small holes can be selected within the range of 1-3 millimeters (which should meet the condition of b>=8d)
A venting muffler is designed and developed to suppress noise production during factory pipeline venting and exhaust. The types of mufflers are divided into six main types: vent mufflers, impedance composite mufflers, micro perforated plate mufflers, small hole mufflers, and existing mufflers.
The combination type fan muffler (combination type composite muffler) mainly has a small hole type muffler inserted inside the fan muffler to achieve the desired effect, and the combination mode can be selected as needed.
